Born and raised in the Kootenays, Felicia is very excited to establish a career in her hometown as an Accredited Appraiser with Kootenay Columbia Appraisals Ltd. Coupled with her mentorship with Rick, Felicia is currently taking the Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation program from UBC which when completed will provided Felicia with a designation as an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute.

Gail has been the executive assistant for Kootenay Columbia Appraisals Ltd. since 1995. Gail’s past Medical Training ensures her with productive multi-tasking with behind the scenes office details. Gail brings valuable computer skills & tech support for the staff. Her role is vital in ensuring that the company and its appraisers operate efficiently and effectively.
